This user agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising in connection with this user agreement shall to the extent possible be settled through friendly consultations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be settled through consultations, either party shall exclusively refer the dispute to a competent People's Court where CST is located to resolve through litigation.
 

If any provision within these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent of applicable law and shall not affect the enforceability of other provisions contained herein.
 

This user agreement is also provided below in Chinese. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and versions in any other languages, the Chinese version shall prevail.
 

The foregoing terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and CST regarding using this website and shall become a part of any agreement or contract which may reached thereafter.
