A heightened Police presence at Shanghai’s Hongqiao and Pudong International Airports in the run-up to the Shanghai EXPO 2010 – due to start at the end of this month.

Police officers with police dogs will cover every terminal building and street around Pudong International Airport and Hongqiao International Airport. Checkpoints will also be set at ramps of expressways to catch out unlicensed and drunk drivers.

Security will be in place for a long term, as it is in many international airports.
