To meet the needs of our passengers, Spring Airlines spares no effort to provide low-priced, safe, and on-time service. We have assimilated advantages from all successful low cost carriers worldwide as to minimize cost by removing any unnecessary services and provide irresistibly competitive price. Meanwhile, we deeply understand the essentiality of services. As the first and yet the only low cost air carrier in China, before the inauguration flight of July 2005, we applied for a public hearing to be presided by General Administration of Civil Aviation of China (CAAC, authority of civil aviation in China) regarding our diversity services commitment. Having embodied various suggestions thereon, and with approval of CAAC, we hereby make the statement below. Please read the following carefully before placing your order. Your signature shall constitute acceptance of its content as part of our condition of carriage. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and support.
1. Catering service notice
Fares do not include food service. There is a snack counter in the cabin of the aircraft where you may purchase refreshments and food. Our flight attendants will be available to assist in your selection.
2. Delay or cancellation service notice
a) If a flight is delayed for more than four hours past 10 pm due to the fault of Air Spring and the planned flight is canceled, we will offer you a standard hotel room with bathroom and Air Spring shall bear the cost.
b) Except for in the abovementioned circumstance, no free accommodation will be provided. However, Spring Air will assist in procuring accommodations and the expense of the passenger.
c) If a flight is canceled due to the fault of Spring Air, actual airfare paid will be refunded but no liquidated damages will be provided.
3. Special rules for baggage
a) Free baggage allowance is up to 15 kilograms (including checked baggage and hand baggage). An additional charge for overweight baggage will be calculated at 1.5% of the advertised economy class fare per kilogram.
b) Each passenger is permitted to take aboard one piece of luggage only, of weight not exceeding 5 kilograms and volume not exceeding 20cm ×30cm ×40cm. Overweight or oversized baggage must be checked baggage. If you refuse to accept this arrangement, we are authorized to deny transport of baggage.
4. Tariff conditions

Spring Air is a domestic Chinese air operator and this English-language version is translated for reference only. The Chinese-language version shall be legally binding. Any dispute arising from or in connected with this statement shall be construed according to Chinese law except rules of conflict of laws as permitted by law to the fullest extent and shall be exclusively and finally settled by competent law court in Shanghai, China. |
