Prices shown do not include the Airport Construction Fee or any additional fees charged by the airlines. For accurate total prices, please refer to the final confirmation that you will receive from ChinaSpringTour.
• Flight deals are limited offers. Prices are not guaranteed until tickets are confirmed and issued.
• Please provide valid and accurate contact information. You are required to provide an email address and a contact number. Bookings containing invalid or inaccurate information will not be filled.
• Please provide the passenger's name and valid ID to guarantee successful check-in and make sure that the passenger name provided is the same as the name on the valid ID. Losses caused by inaccurate information are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
• Please refrain from making multiple reservations with the same passenger name and departure time. Additional fees incurred by overlapping bookings are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
• The policy for rerouting and refunds differs among airlines and according to seating class. Penalties incurred due to rerouting, transfer, or refunds are the responsibility of the passenger.
• For both electronic and paper tickets, passengers should arrive at the airport on time and check in with their tickets and valid IDs or passports. Check-in will end 45 minutes prior to departure. ChinaSpringTour strongly advises passengers to arrive at the airport at least 120 minutes prior to departure. For international flights, passengers should contact the airline to confirm their return flight 72 hours prior to takeoff.
• Electronic tickets are not available for infants, pregnant women, or other passengers with special needs due to the additional procedures required.
• Please contact the airline for special service requests such as assistance for unaccompanied minors, infants, and the disabled. Airfares shown online do not include fees that may apply to such special services.
• Tickets are not guaranteed until the they are confirmed and issued.
• Flight deals do not apply to infants or children.
• ChinaSpringTour provides ticketing services only and is not responsible for flight cancellations or flight changes implemented by the airline companies.
• ChinaSpringTour provides flight booking service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Please be reminded that a ticket and an original invoice are required in order to obtain refunds. If a passenger is unable to come to the ChinaSpringTour office, a valid ID will be required to be presented as proof of authorization. A refund penalty may be imposed in accordance with applicable airline regulations.
