Masters Cup Tours Terms & Conditions
  1. China Spring Tour is the official ticketing agent of the Tennis Masters Cup. Juse Event reserves the right for the Ticketing Regulation for the 2008 Shanghai Tennis Masters Cup. If you have any questions, please call +86 (21) 6333-6201, 6333-6202, 6333-6203 for more information
  2. Each person will be admitted by ticket only and take their seat according to the assigned seat number found on the ticket. Please note that children under 3 will not be admitted and tickets for children are full-price.
  3. Authentic personal information is required in order to make a ticket purchase. These personal details will be kept confidential and not passed on to unauthorized third parties. Information provided will be used for the Tennis Masters Cup only.
  4. Please make sure that the name you use to book the tickets is genuine. China Spring Tour will not be liable for any loss that results from incorrect information.

Payment Information:

  1. If you are interested in purchasing a China Spring Tour Tennis Masters Cup package, please refer to payhelp for payment information.
  2. If you are interested in purchasing Tennis Masters Cup tickets separately, please make a complete payment within 15 days. For methods of payment, go to payhelp.
  3. The ticket price is in RMB only. Tickets bought in China will be paid for in RMB and tickets bought abroad are determined by the RMB exchange rate that day.

Ticket Sales & Return Policy:

  1. All sales are final; there will be no exchanges or refunds. The Shanghai Masters Cup Organizing Committee reserves the right to final judgment.
  2. If you purchase a China Spring Tour Masters Cup package, refunds are made in accordance with the China Spring Tour refund policy. However, please keep in mind that we cannot offer a refund on some tickets.

Picking up the Tickets:

Customers abroad:

  1. After receiving payment, we will send a confirmation through e-mail.
  2. Contact us after you arrive in China, and inform us of your hotel and room number so we can send your ticket direct to the hotel.

Customers in China:

  1. After receiving payment, we will send a confirmation through e-mail.
  2. Come to our office to pick up tickets. Address: 1558, Dingxi Road. Office Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-20:30 Saturday to Sunday 09:00 to 17:30.
  3. Tell us your address, zip code and telephone, and we can send your ticket directly to you.

Complaints and Claims:

If you feel unsatisfied in any way with the service that China Spring Tour has provided on your tour, immediately notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor so that we can resolve the issue and avoid the potential for similar problems to recur during your trip.

You must inform us by fax, email, or regular mail in writing within 14 days from the end of your tour in the event of a complaint or claim for compensation. China Spring Tour will not be liable for any claims made later than 14 days after the completion of your tour.  Please attach any relevant receipts and/or substantiating evidence to the letter of claim.

Responsibilities:

  1. China Spring Tour is responsible for the implementation of tour arrangements on www.chinaspringtour.com including transportation, sightseeing, accommodations, and services from local suppliers.
  2. China Spring Tour is not responsible for any loss or expenses incurred due to delay or changes of schedule caused by weather, political situation, natural disaster, epidemics, war, criminal activities, or any other circumstances not in its control.  All such losses or expenses have to be borne and paid for by the group members jointly.  If the remainder of a tour schedule must be cancelled for any of the abovementioned reasons, unused charges for meals, accommodation, and entrance fees will be refunded on the basis of the tour fare.  China Spring Tour reserves the right to alter or to adjust the itinerary in order to protect the interests of its clients.
  3. China Spring Tour is not responsible for the rejection of entry by immigration or customs officers, even if a tour participant holds a valid passport with proper visas.  Foreign officials and reporters may not join the Tibet tour.
  4. Regarding safety and security when traveling, carriers, hotels, bus companies, and other suppliers are responsible for the resolution of any problems that may arise.  China Spring Tour shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers.
  5. China Spring Tour reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure.  If China Spring Tour has cancelled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, China Spring Tour is liable for a full refund of the money received by China Spring Tour.
  6. Many of China Spring Tour's tour packages include activities that require attention.  Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting tombs and caves, etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. China Highlights, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after its said employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.
  7. China Spring Tour is not responsible for the theft or lost of any customer's valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.
  8. Each tour participant must hold a passport that is valid for at least 6 months.
