Spring International America
Spring International America, founded in November 1992, has become one of the largest Chinese tour agencies in the US. Each year it organizes an average of over 5,000 American tourists for travel to China and more than 3,000 Chinese who are seeking to travel or to study in the US. Spring International America has four subsidiaries: Shanghai Spring International Travel Service Inc. (USA), Shanghai Spring International Travel Service Inc. (Canada), Sino-Am Legal & Education Foundation and Spring International Trading Company.
Spring International America has 27 employees, 11 of whom are experienced tour guides that have undergone professional training and have a record of outstanding performance in leading tours in the US.

Spring International Travel Service (HK), Ltd.
Founded in March 2002, Spring International Travel Service (HK), Ltd. is a wholly- owned subsidiary of Spring Travel and is a key member of the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong.
The company, like the other companies under the Spring Group, believes that "What the customer wants, the customer should get." With the group's brand name and the company's efficiently run operation, Spring International Travel Service (HK) has already established a good reputation and relationship with local hotels, airlines and travelers.

Spring International Travel Service (UK).
Spring International Travel Services (UK), Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Spring International Travel Service Ltd., and is one of only two Chinese-invested travel companies in the UK. Following its establishment in August 2001, it quickly obtained an Air Travel Organizer's License and became a member of the prestigious Association of British Travel Agents. Spring International (UK) has since acquired rich experience in offering travel services to British travelers.

Spring International Travel Service (Thailand)
Spring International Travel Services (Thailand) was registered on March 5, 2002 in Thailand and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Spring International Travel Service. It has obtained a business license issued by the Thai government and a management license from the Thai Tourism Bureau, in addition to TAAT and ATTA licenses. It is a member of the China-Invested Companies Association and has established a branch office on Phuket Island.
