ChinaSpringTour recommends that customers pay special attention to the terms and conditions supplied for outbound tours, as they differ from those applicable to internal tours.
To make a reservation, please send an email to our customer service team or fill out our online registration form.
To finalize bookings for flights and accommodation, please pay the total amount of the account no more than 24 hours after receiving the confirmation letter.
We are now able to offer four methods of payment:
ChinaSpringTour would like to assure customers that it understands issues may arise to cause last minute cancellations.
In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to ChinaSpringTour (less the applicable cancellation fee) within 14 days of receiving your written cancellation request.
Tour participants must cancel their bookings by notifying ChinaSpringTour in writing via mail or fax.
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival or missed days on tour.
When you cancel your trip, the cancellation fee will be calculated according to the following guidelines:
Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to departure: cost of hotel accommodation will be refunded in full. Flight expenses will be held forfeit.
Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to departure: Most accommodation expenses will be refunded. Flight expenses and one night's accommodation fee will be held forfeit.ChinaSpringTour may provide special promotional deals. For any special offers or last minutes deals, ChinaSpringTour provides special terms and conditions relating to all aspects including cancellation.
If tickets have not been issued customers are able to alter their booking (depending on availability). If extra expense is incurred by changing flights, the customer is liable to pay. However, if tickets have been issued or it is less than 10 days before departure, it is not possible to alter the booking.
ChinaSpringTour will make every effort to assist travelers, but for some routes, transfers, refunds and alternations are not available.
Each tour participant must be responsible for the condition of his or her own health and must decide whether he or she is fit to travel. Those with existing medical conditions must seek approval from their doctor before traveling. ChinaSpringTour assumes no legal responsibility for those not physically fit to travel.
In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, free baggage allowance within China is 20 kg for economy class, 30 kg for business class, and 40 kg for first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage fees are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.
Luggage allowances for flights with non-Chinese airlines are dependent upon the regulations of said company and the aviation authority of its home nation.
ChinaSpringTour highly recommends that you purchase full travel insurance. If you are interested in more information on where you are able to buy travel insurance, ChinaSpringTour will be happy to assist you.
If you feel unsatisfied in any way with the service that ChinaSpringTour has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel consultant so that we can resolve the issue and avoid any similar problems occurring during your trip. If further issues arise, please Contact us directly on:

China Spring Tour will not be liable for any claims made later than 14 days after the completion of your tour. Please attach any relevant receipts and/or substantiating evidence to the letter of claim.

ChinaSpringTour is responsible for the implementation of tour arrangements specified on www.ChinaSpringTour.com - including transportation, sightseeing, accommodation and services from local partners.
ChinaSpringTour is not responsible for any loss or expenses incurred due to delay or changes of schedule caused by weather, political situation, natural disaster, epidemic, war, criminal activities or any other incidents beyond our control. All such losses or expenses have to be paid for by the group members jointly. If the remainder of a tour schedule must be cancelled for any of the above reasons, unused charges for meals, accommodation, and entrance fees will be refunded on the basis of the tour fare. ChinaSpringTour reserves the right to alter or to adjust the itinerary in order to protect the interests of its clients.
ChinaSpringTour is not responsible for the rejection of entry by immigration or customs officers, even if a tour participant holds a valid passport with proper visas.
Carriers, hotels, bus companies and other suppliers are responsible for the resolution of any problems that may arise in regards to traveler safety whilst on tour. ChinaSpringTour shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers.
ChinaSpringTour reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If ChinaSpringTour has cancelled any aspect of the trip prior to the commencement of the tour, ChinaSpringTour is liable to pay a full refund.
Many of ChinaSpringTour's tour packages include activities that require caution. Such activities include boarding and disembarking from boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting tombs and caves. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. ChinaSpringTour, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after said employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.ChinaSpringTour is not responsible for the theft or loss of any customer's valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.
Each tour participant must hold a passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the traveling date.
